About The Position

Reporting to our CEO, the Marketing Lead will define how Valerie Health tells its story to the world. You’ll shape and execute on our brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as we scale rapidly with some of the largest independent healthcare groups in the country. One day you might be crafting positioning for a new AI automation, another you’re interviewing a customer to turn their success into a case study, and the next you’re collaborating with Sales to create an executive pitch that closes a million-dollar deal. The ideal candidate blends strategic clarity with creative execution - part storyteller, part operator. You’re excited by the challenge of building a brand from the ground up, equally comfortable writing crisp copy, designing content systems, and running light-touch demand experiments. This is a rare opportunity to join as the first marketer, shape the voice of an AI-native healthcare company, and lay the foundation for a function that will scale nationally.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience spanning product marketing, content marketing, or growth in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to craft clear, differentiated messaging for technical or complex products
  • Hands-on experience developing sales materials and customer case studies
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with examples of owned campaigns, launches, or thought-leadership content

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, enterprise software, or AI products
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Webflow, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with Sales and Engineering teams
  • Experience managing small creative or agency partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Define Our Story. Craft Valerie’s positioning and messaging: who we are, why we exist, and how we drive growth for independent healthcare providers.
  • Drive Sales Enablement. Create the decks, one-pagers, case studies, and proof points that help our Sales and Partnerships team win deals.
  • Tell Customer Stories. Partner with our Customer and Operations teams to transform data and outcomes into narratives that demonstrate value and credibility.
  • Develop Content & Campaigns. Run targeted tests across email, LinkedIn, and events to generate interest and awareness within our ideal customer profile.
  • Support Product Launches. Translate new automations and features into clear, compelling narratives; develop launch materials and product marketing collateral.
  • Measure & Learn. Track what resonates - from content engagement to sales cycle impact - and use insights to refine our story and channels.
  • Build our Function . Shape how Valerie Health builds and scales our marketing function from the ground up.
