About The Position

TAC Auction Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Inventory Coordinator to support auction operations, inventory management, and marketing initiatives. This position serves as a critical link between the sales, operations, cataloging, and marketing teams to ensure equipment inventory is accurately represented and effectively marketed. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, photography, inventory tracking, and marketing content while helping drive successful auction results.

Requirements

• Equipment, transportation, agriculture, automotive, or auction industry knowledge.
• Inventory management or asset tracking experience.
• Cataloging, listing creation, or database management experience.
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Team player who works well across departments.
