About The Position

Are you a current student who is looking for a marketing internship in 2027? If you have a passion for learning more about animals and feed in marketing, then you’ll enjoy this 10-12 week marketing internship. The marketing intern will be responsible for assisting with marketing and will report to the Feed Sales/Marketing Manager. A successful marketing intern possesses a good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques. They are enthusiastic with excellent communication skills and work ethics.

Requirements

• Ability to travel with sales and marketing teams
• Ability to lift 50 lb bags of feed if needed
• Hardworking dedicated outlook
• Willing to coordinate with other departments

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Adobe and Canva is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in team planning meetings and contribute creative ideas
• Assist in planning and executing social media content across multiple platforms
• Develop digital marketing video content
• Assist in taking product pictures with the flexibility to visit farms during the internship
• Write and edit posts, emails, website updates, and promotional materials
• Help with planning consumer events and contests
• Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
• Support the setup and coordination of trade shows, events, or promotions
• Complete and maintain safety trainings, as applicable: General New Hire Safety Training, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Requirements
