About The Position

The Marketing Intern supports the growth and brand visibility of SVN | Wood Properties by executing digital marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and maintaining our online presence. As we do not have a dedicated marketing department, this role offers a unique opportunity for a creative individual to take ownership of our voice across social media, email, and the web. This role works closely with leadership to ensure our listings and services are showcased with the high standards our clients expect.

Requirements

Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
An eye for layout and aesthetics.
Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and take initiative without constant supervision.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with social media management tools.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools.
Experience with WordPress or email marketing software.

Responsibilities

Highlight new listings, company news, and industry insights on social media.
Create, schedule, and monitor content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Draft blog posts and property spotlights for the company website that reflect local expertise.
Create monthly newsletters and market updates using email platforms.
Design and execute email blasts for listed properties, closings, and awards.
Utilize Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to produce professional flyers, social graphics, and digital brochures for commercial properties.
Assist in ensuring all outgoing materials align with SVN | Wood Properties’ core values and brand guidelines.
