About The Position

Continental Properties is seeking a Paid Marketing Intern for Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 to join our home office team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This part-time role involves working with the Marketing team, onsite apartment communities, and other Continental employees on daily marketing activities to create awareness and drive demand for apartment communities. The internship requires 15-20 hours per week during the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 semester, with a potential to continue through Summer 2027.

Requirements

• In progress of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience with basic content management systems (CMS), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and HTML.
• Experience using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create paid Facebook ads and graphics for organic Facebook posts.
• Lead email marketing campaigns to boost apartment tours & leases.
• Assist onsite teams with outreach marketing; create flyers, graphics, social media posts.
• Audit all online assets including social media pages, online reviews, community websites & ILS sites.
• Work with Marketing team members on expense reporting, Google Ads/social media monthly reports.
