About The Position

As an intern, you'll gain invaluable real-world experience by taking on a meaningful project that has a direct impact on your business. Beyond your project work, our internship program will enhance your professional journey through a variety of experiences. You'll attend weekly Lunch and Learns to gain insights from leaders across departments and participate in Insights Discovery to understand and leverage your strengths and working styles. You'll also build meaningful relationships with peers, mentors, and professionals, and engage in social and volunteer events to expand your network.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate how Wabash uses marketing technology and automation to support the customer journey before, during, and after events.
  • Partner with the Events, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to understand current event engagement strategies and workflows.
  • Analyze the event lifecycle to identify opportunities to improve attendee experiences and increase operational efficiency.
  • Assess existing marketing technologies, automation tools, and data sources to uncover process improvement opportunities.
  • Identify ways to reduce manual work for Marketing and Sales through automation and streamlined processes.
  • Use Wabash events as real-world case studies to map current processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Develop and present recommendations to improve customer engagement, event follow-up, and lead management.
