The Marketing Intern will support the VMS Asia Pacific team in driving brand growth, campaign excellence, and consumer-led marketing execution across the region. The role is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, creative, and eager to learn how regional marketing strategies are translated into market-ready plans, campaigns, content, and performance learnings.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across ATL, digital, social, influencer, and shopper marketing channels
  • Help prepare campaign briefs, business updates, presentations, and stakeholder-ready materials
  • Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and agency outputs to help ensure campaigns move smoothly from brief to execution
  • Support campaign performance reviews using key metrics such as media KPIs, promo results, content engagement, and social performance
  • Consolidate data into clear, concise, and visually engaging summaries, dashboards, and presentation decks
  • Translate learnings into practical insights and recommendations that can help improve future campaigns
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets, including artworks, videos, product packs, claims support, presentations, and campaign toolkits
  • Coordinate with creative, media, influencer, and internal teams to support timely development and deployment of campaign materials
  • Help ensure content and assets are consistent with brand guidelines, internal requirements, and market needs
  • Conduct desk research on consumers, competitors, category dynamics, retail trends, and cultural signals across APAC markets
  • Synthesize research findings into sharp, slide-ready insights that support brand planning and campaign decisions
  • Build and organize learning documents, competitive scans, and market references for the regional team
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations, including PO tracking, documentation, coordination, and follow-through on key workstreams
  • Assist with meeting preparation, agenda setting, note-taking, action tracking, and post-meeting follow-ups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, Trade Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, and local market teams as needed
