Kerry is a global company with several manufacturing facilities across North America. Through the 12-week summer internship program, you will have the opportunity to work and learn in real, impactful roles. The program dates are May 24, 2027 to August 12, 2027. Marketing plays a significant role at Kerry; it is the engine that fuels our business. It drives strategic growth using creativity and insights to connect needs to solutions, inspiring customer trust and establishing Kerry as a leader in Taste & Nutrition. As a marketing intern, you will get exposure to five core functions of marketing: marketing communications, marketing insights, strategic marketing, brand marketing and customer marketing. Although you will be assigned a dedicated role on one of the marketing function teams, you will work on cross-functional projects and stretch assignments with your fellow interns and team members to ensure a well-rounded experience.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Marketing, Market Research, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or Business-related field with an expected graduation date between December 2027 – May 2028
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for design and branding
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to quickly learn new digital tools
  • Curious Mindset

Responsibilities

  • Create, execute and implement consumer research
  • Create content for external lead generation campaigns
  • Create content for sales activation tools including trends presentations and product collateral
  • Contribute to high-profile customer engagements
  • Engage with executives, managers, and mentors to network & learn
  • Learn about our business, products, and functions through on-the-job experiences
