About The Position

NuvoAir Medical is a technology-enabled pulmonary care organization that is focused on improving outcomes for patients with chronic respiratory diseases such as COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, and other complex pulmonary conditions. Our relationship-based model combines remote patient monitoring and proactive clinical engagement to keep patients healthier and out of the hospital. Complex conditions like COPD are incredibly challenging to manage. People who are already struggling with isolation and the burden of these conditions become increasingly frustrated and disengaged, eventually falling through the cracks and landing in the ER. Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
  • Comfort learning and working with digital marketing platforms, content management tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team environment.
  • A passion for healthcare and an interest in helping improve the patient experience through meaningful marketing and brand initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, or content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development, coordination, and promotion of marketing content across digital and social media channels.
  • Support brand consistency by helping implement marketing initiatives across owned, earned, and paid platforms.
  • Conduct market research on healthcare trends, competitors, consumers, providers, payors, and strategic partners.
  • Assist with social media content planning, creation, and scheduling to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Gather and organize marketing data, helping translate findings into reports, presentations, or visual summaries.
  • Support marketing campaigns and administrative projects that contribute to the continued growth of the NuvoAir brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects and meeting established deadlines.
