About The Position

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team across a variety of campaigns and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in market research, content development, database projects, and digital marketing execution. This role is primarily remote and part-time, with flexibility to support onsite marketing events in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara as needed. The intern will assist with researching target markets and accounts, identifying new leads, supporting campaign development, and helping connect research and data insights to marketing content and execution. This internship is designed to provide end-to-end exposure to marketing—from data gathering and research to content creation and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Prior marketing experience is not required; training and mentorship will be provided.
• Strong interest in marketing, research, and campaign execution
• Ability to analyze information and connect research to actionable insights
• Strong written communication and content development skills
• Comfortable working with data, lists, and databases
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM or marketing tools a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness and availability to support onsite events in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara as needed
• Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Engineering or Science disciplines (a plus, especially for understanding technical markets)

Responsibilities

• Supporting marketing campaigns through market and account research
• Conducting lead research using third-party platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)
• Gathering and organizing data from provided prospect and account lists
• Assisting with database cleanup, enrichment, and reporting projects
• Repurposing existing content and developing new content for campaigns
• Supporting digital marketing initiatives and campaign execution
• Assisting with planning and execution of onsite marketing events as needed
• Collaborating with marketing managers to understand how individual tasks support broader campaign goals
