About The Position

This internship offers a hands-on experience in marketing and event coordination within a global organization. The intern will support the planning and execution of various marketing activities, including tradeshows and events, and contribute to campaign execution across different channels. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to represent the company professionally in a customer-facing environment.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Junior or Senior at a university/college
  • Major related to events, marketing, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Availability to work a minimum 3 full work days a week (24 hours a week) in Melbourne office
  • Ability to represent the company in a customer-facing environment with professionalism, including appropriate dress and a positive attitude
  • Interest in working within a global organization, with curiosity and openness to learning about different cultures and international markets

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of domestic and international tradeshows and events
  • Assist with preparation, organization, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
  • Manage inventory and coordination of giveaway and branded items
  • Provide in-office operational support (printing, shipping, material preparation, supply coordination)
  • Assist in developing event support materials and presentations
  • Contribute to marketing campaign execution across print and digital channels
