Requirements

  • Basic performance metrics (e.g., media KPIs, promo results, social engagement)
  • Desk research on consumers, competitors, and category trends
  • PO tracking, documentation, coordination

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns (ATL, digital, social, influencer, and shopper marketing)
  • Support preparation of campaign briefs, presentations, and internal updates
  • Help track campaign timelines, deliverables, and agency outputs
  • Support post‑campaign analysis using basic performance metrics (e.g., media KPIs, promo results, social engagement)
  • Consolidate data into clear, meaningful summaries and decks
  • Assist in generating insights and learning recommendations for future campaigns
  • Help review, organize, and manage marketing assets (artworks, videos, packs, presentations)
  • Support coordination with creative, media, and influencer agencies
  • Assist in ensuring materials are aligned with brand guidelines and internal requirements
  • Conduct basic desk research on consumers, competitors, and category trends
  • Support synthesis of insights into slide‑ready summaries
  • Assist in organizing research outputs and learning documents
  • Support day‑to‑day marketing operations (PO tracking, documentation, coordination)
  • Assist in internal meeting preparation and notes
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Trade, Regulatory, Finance) as needed
