Marketing Intern (Summer 2026) – KDM Engineering. At KDM Engineering, this isn’t a “sit and watch” internship—you’ll help shape how we show up to the market. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work at the intersection of branding, recruiting, and employee engagement, supporting real campaigns that attract talent and strengthen our company culture. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with an interest in employer branding or recruiting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Interest in branding, recruiting, and employee engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms required
• Must be willing to comply with all pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, education and employment verification, and background screening
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and internal platforms
• Create and edit content for social media, recruiting materials, and internal communications
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus outreach efforts
• Help plan and coordinate events, career fairs, and community initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and operations teams on engagement strategies
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing decisions
• Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations, and brand assets
• Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
