About The Position

PSU Eats is seeking a creative, motivated, and student-focused Marketing Intern to assist with marketing initiatives across dining locations on campus. This hands-on role provides real-world experience in digital marketing, content creation, events, customer engagement, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, video content, and connecting with fellow students.

Requirements

Current PSU students only
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Canva, CapCut, and similar content creation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality video content for social media platforms and help grow the PSU Eats YouTube channel.
Assist with planning, promoting, and executing on-campus engagement events.
Capture photos and videos at dining locations, events, and promotional activities.
Support social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Assist with email newsletter development and marketing communications.
Gather student feedback on dining programs, menus, and campus dining experiences.
Collaborate with the PSU Eats Marketing Coordinator on campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Help develop marketing materials, graphics, and signage as needed.
Support administrative marketing tasks, including organization of marketing assets and tracking campaign performance.
Represent PSU Eats positively at campus events and student outreach activities.
Complete a variety of marketing, design, event, social media, and administrative projects as needed.
