Requirements

  • Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working in a team environment.
  • Keen attention to detail, with the ability to connect the dots and envision the ‘big picture’.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects while making decisions about key priorities.
  • Success in managing the delivery of great creativity in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management and risk management.
  • An understanding of the media landscape and major trends in the industry.
  • Flexible team player who is a positive contributor to team culture.
  • Current enrollment in a college/university (Sophomore & Junior applicants preferred)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as WorkFront and Jira and how to implement them is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist in the execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including assigned projects and initiatives related to Corient's website, social media channels, webinars and other digital initiatives.
  • Receive and review marketing requests, validating scope, objectives and business requirements with stakeholders, including legal and compliance departments, as well as external vendors.
  • Collaborate with various business units in support of all their digital marketing requirements, owning and project managing committed deliverables through our workflow management platforms from development through to delivery.
  • Responsible for ongoing governance of website content for accuracy and facilitating update requests to ensure content and resources are kept up to date.
  • Identify, develop and create opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experiences across various marketing channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Establish relationships with digital experience, digital engagement, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
