About The Position
Kognitos is seeking a Marketing Intern (AI-Native) to join their team. This role involves working directly with the VP of Marketing to transform raw marketing materials such as webinars, customer calls, product releases, and conference talks into a steady output of content including blog posts, social media content, case studies, video clips, and emails. The intern will leverage AI tooling to achieve high-volume content creation. Kognitos is a Series B company backed by Khosla Ventures, with approximately 100 employees, focused on automating business operations using AI.
Requirements
- Evidence of building things with AI tools (e.g., a newsletter, side project, content operation, automation, bot).
- Strong writing skills.
- Skepticism toward AI-generated output, including fact-checking product information and discarding generic drafts.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping.
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated (major does not matter).
Responsibilities
- Transform one webinar into fifteen assets: clips, posts, a blog post, a nurture email.
- Draft case studies from customer call recordings and interviews.
- Manage the day-to-day LinkedIn and X presence, including writing, scheduling, engaging, and reporting on performance.
- Build competitive and market research briefs for the sales team.
- Support demand generation efforts, including email sequences, list building, landing pages, and event logistics.
- Build small automations and workflows to improve marketing function efficiency and document them.
