About The Position

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Marketing Insights Analyst based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton. The Marketing Insights Analyst drives marketing optimization through insight advancement and management of the credit union’s qualitative and quantitative data sources. This role will be key in standardizing data, analyzing trends, deriving insights, and automating processes to empower the marketing department. This position will also help drive member segmentation to help facilitate credit union growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a background in business, marketing, computer or data science preferred
  • At least three to five years of similar or related experience
  • Demonstrated experience with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Experience managing large amounts of data from various sources
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
  • Ability to present insights and data-related concepts in a clear manner verbally and in written or graphic form
  • Open and collaborative style, comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged
  • Intermediate or advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to react to change, feedback, and critique quickly and positively
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement things in a changing environment
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus on the overall picture
  • Ability to participate on project teams in an effective manner and work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Power BI and DAX a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Background in credit unions or other financial services a plus

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Driving performance optimization through insights-based analysis of marketing data
  • Managing qualitative and quantitative research programs to help better understand the views of our members and potential members
  • Facilitating development of automated tools, from data capture to insight refinement, to empower the marketing department to efficiently and effectively review data
  • Partnering with Business Intelligence and Information Technology to stay on top of emerging technologies in insight curation and delivery
  • Partnering in audience segmentation definition, targeted messaging refinement, and performance analysis to ensure quality messaging
  • Monitoring external data sources to help identify member trends and providing intelligence to the marketing department
  • Responding and preparing ad-hoc requests for data and reports.
  • Compiling cadenced reports to support organizational insight and reports to the board
