Marketing - Insight Intern Summer 2027

Springs Window FashionsMiddleton, WI

About The Position

The Insights Team at Springs Window Fashions helps the organization understand its customers through consumer surveys, shopper research, and market insights. We identify customer needs and behaviors, evaluate business drivers, and turn findings into recommendations that create value, improve market penetration, and grow sales. The team designs and fields research—from surveys and focus groups to customer panels and syndicated data—making sure the right audiences are reached and the findings are actionable. We analyze buying habits and consumer opinions to shape product and marketing decisions across the business. Curious and analytical, the team connects consumer understanding to strategy, helping SWF anticipate where the market is headed and make confident, insight-driven decisions. The Insights Intern will support the Insights Team with day-to-day work and lead an Emerging Brands Radar project: identifying emerging brands, categories, and verticals that could signal new growth opportunities, changing consumer expectations, or future competitive threats for SWF. This role uses primary and secondary research to size opportunities, understand what is driving growth in adjacent spaces, and evaluate how relevant those spaces are to SWF’s brands, capabilities, and channels. This position is ideal for a curious, analytical student who enjoys spotting patterns, researching new markets, and translating findings into recommendations that inform longer-term strategy.
