We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital customer acquisition programs. This role is responsible for driving measurable growth in qualified website traffic and revenue through paid media, experimentation, and data-driven marketing strategies. The Growth Marketing Manager will manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels while developing structured frameworks for campaign testing, audience targeting, and performance optimization. This role requires someone who is comfortable working directly within advertising platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with operational campaign management experience and a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS). This role plays a key part in driving customer growth by identifying, testing, and scaling the digital acquisition strategies that bring new customers to our platform.
