Marketing & Growth Coordinator BFF Medical Wellness is a membership-based medical wellness clinic specializing in functional medicine, aesthetics, body contouring, and anti-aging treatments. We operate multiple locations in Southern California and are actively growing. We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Coordinator who doesn't just manage marketing — they own it. The Role This is a hybrid position. We work with an external marketing agency that handles paid advertising and landing pages. Your job is everything else — and that "everything else" is where the real growth happens. You'll be the bridge between our agency, our clinical team, and our patients. You'll curate and create content, build outreach campaigns, identify new opportunities to promote our services, and actively engage with our community to drive awareness and conversions. You're not sitting behind a dashboard waiting for leads to come in. You're out there making things happen. This role requires in-clinic presence at least 1-2 days per week. You'll be on-site capturing content, collecting patient testimonials, supporting service promotions in person, building relationships with staff and patients, and getting a firsthand feel for the energy and culture that makes BFF what it is. The best marketing doesn't come from behind a screen — it comes from being in the room. The remaining time is flexible for remote work focused on strategy, CRM management, campaign coordination, and content planning. What You'll Do Serve as BFF's brand ambassador across all channels — social media, community outreach, partnerships, and patient engagement. Be present in the clinic regularly to capture content, collect testimonials, support promotions, and stay connected to the patient experience firsthand. Coordinate with our external marketing agency to ensure campaigns align with our brand voice and convert effectively. Manage and optimize our CRM and lead management system (GoHighLevel), including automated workflows, AI chatbot performance, and lead nurture sequences. Curate, plan, and oversee content creation — selecting what gets produced, building the framework for how it gets distributed, and making sure it actually drives results. Identify and pursue local partnerships, events, and outreach opportunities that put BFF in front of our target audience. Monitor campaign performance, analyze what's working and what's not, and pivot quickly. Work with clinical staff to develop promotions, highlight services, and capture patient stories. Manage our online reputation — reviews, social engagement, and community presence. Build replicable marketing playbooks and systems that can scale as we grow into new locations. Who You Are You're a driver. You'd rather be in the clinic talking to patients and creating something than sitting quietly behind a computer all day. You get energy from people, from being in the environment, and from seeing your work come to life in real time. You're a self-starter who operates independently. There's no one standing over your shoulder telling you what to do next — you see what needs to happen and you make it happen. You're creative and experimental. Marketing is never "set it and forget it" for you. You're constantly testing new approaches, exploring what resonates with the audience, and willing to kill something that isn't working even if you built it yourself. You understand brand. BFF is warm, confident, and lifestyle-driven — not clinical, not salesy. Every piece of content and every outreach touchpoint needs to feel like us. You're comfortable with data. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you can look at campaign performance, CRM metrics, and lead flow and draw actionable conclusions. You're resourceful and versatile. You don't need to be a professional videographer or graphic designer, but you're comfortable working in tools like Canva, capturing content on your phone, and putting together polished assets without waiting for someone else to do it. You leverage AI as a core part of your workflow, not as an afterthought. AI tools are embedded in how we operate — from our CRM and chatbot systems to content creation and campaign optimization. You're expected to be proficient and productive with AI, using it to move faster, work smarter, and multiply your output. This isn't optional — it's how we work. You're a relationship builder. Whether it's a local business partnership, engaging with patients on social media, or coordinating with our agency — you build genuine connections that drive results. You have experience with CRM platforms, social media management, content strategy, and ideally some familiarity with healthcare or wellness marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment where things aren't always perfectly defined and you're expected to figure it out. What This Isn't This is not a fully remote position. If you're looking to work from home five days a week, this isn't the right fit. This is not a role where you just schedule social media posts and send a weekly report. This is not a role where you wait for direction. If you need a detailed playbook for every task, this isn't the right fit. We need someone who writes the playbook. If you're still figuring out whether AI is useful, you're already behind. We need someone who's already there.
