About The Position

You'll be a critical part of the company’s strategic growth plan, supporting partnerships process improvement, process execution, and piloting new initiatives. As a Growth Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most interesting companies in healthcare as we collectively redesign the mental health industry. Your role will be instrumental to the collective success of SonderMind and our partners. We’re looking for someone who is customer-obsessed and sees both clear and hidden opportunities to serve to unlock value for our partners. From implementation to reporting, you’ll support our Integrations team to ensure we are delivering an exceptional client experience.

  • Ability to communicate and present issues and needs clearly
  • Comfortable talking with customers via phone or email
  • Flexible to support a variety of tasks and dynamic demands

  • Organized with ability to clearly document and track asks and deliver against known timelines to partners

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in day-to-day execution of multiple partner accounts
  • Deliver exceptional client experience while supporting client success needs
  • Conduct research to support partnership strategy and engagement
  • Support report development for account managers
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other customer engagement activities
  • Execute other administrative activities that may be needed to deliver an exceptional partner experience
