Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people.

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift, move, and transport merchandise as part of daily responsibilities.
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record (MVR), and the ability to pass a DOT physical (where required), drug screen, criminal background check, and agility test are required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Process customer payments and lease agreements.
• Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide exceptional service.
• Answer incoming calls and connect customers with the right team members.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Support marketing efforts and customer outreach campaigns.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
• Work alongside the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience every day.
