About The Position

Torch.AI builds government-owned reasoning infrastructure that powers mission-critical decisions across defense, government, and industry. We're looking for a Graphic Design & Marketing Intern to help bring that mission to life visually — across social media, digital campaigns, recruiting, events, and print collateral.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a graphic design program
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience with Canva
• Strong typography, layout, and visual-branding skills
• Ability to prepare designs for both digital and print applications
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter who works well with minimal direction

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Figma
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing
• Basic web design skills
• Interest in continuing the internship beyond the initial term

Responsibilities

• Design branded assets for social media, digital advertising, recruiting materials, presentations, and internal communications
• Create print and event collateral, including signage, handouts, promotional materials, and campaign assets
• Help organize and expand Torch.AI's library of reusable branded templates and creative assets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creative work aligns with Torch.AI's brand identity and visual standards
• Support general marketing needs as they arise
