About The Position

HUB is a global insurance and employee benefits broker. HUB Retirement & Private Wealth (RPW) serves, inspires, and thrives with an entrepreneurial spirit, innovating and collaborating to achieve success. This internship offers a platform to refine creative skills while actively contributing to marketing and graphic design projects, including brochures, flyers, sales decks, and more. An interest in business is beneficial given the industry. The intern will lead the development of an interactive, choose-your-own-path video experience for a key marketing initiative, involving scriptwriting and video segment production aligned with brand messaging. This project allows for the application of creative and strategic thinking in a real-world marketing environment.

Requirements

Proficiency with Canva
A strong eye for design and detail
Video editing skills
Upper-level undergraduate student or graduate student, preferably in a marketing, public relations, graphic design or other marketing-related fields
1-2 years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with WordPress
Some experience with email marketing
Interest in business

Responsibilities

Develop brochures, flyers, sales decks, and other marketing materials.
Create social media post graphics.
Design PowerPoint presentations.
Design email campaigns.
Layout and design blog posts.
Design website landing pages.
Lead the development of an interactive video experience for marketing campaigns, including shaping the storyline, writing scripts, and producing video segments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging alignment.
