About The Position

Clark Capital Management is hiring a Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Associate to join their growing team and award winning culture. This role involves designing and developing visual assets, maintaining websites, editing videos, managing compliance workflows, and acting as a power user for marketing technology platforms. The associate will also create and deploy email communications, manage content distribution, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing and communication needs. Learning and maintaining proprietary technology tools is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Design, or Communications
2+ years’ experience in graphic design with exposure to digital marketing
Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere)
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to build and style clean, responsive web interfaces and custom email templates
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), Seismic, WordPress, and related tools a plus
Understanding of APIs and Technology experience a plus
Asset management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Design and develop charts, graphics, and additional visual assets to support presentations and other marketing materials
Create and refine charts in Microsoft Excel as needed to meet presentation and Compliance standards
Design invitations, market updates, commentaries, and related marketing materials
Maintain and update Clark Capital’s websites, including ccmg.com and navigatorfunds.com
Edit and produce marketing and educational videos
Manage Compliance review and approval workflows
Act as power user / admin on marketing technology platforms and recommend enhancements or new solutions where appropriate
Create and deploy email communications; manage lists, forms, and automations
Upload and manage marketing materials across internal and external distribution platforms
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing marketing and communication needs
Learn and maintain proprietary technology tools that support marketing material creation and distribution
