About The Position

This is a temporary, part-time position for a Marketing Generalist at Harrah's SoCal, focusing on advertising. The role involves managing department workflow, daily client communication, and providing administrative assistance to the advertising department. Responsibilities

• Actively manages the department workflow by receiving, reviewing and trafficking of all in-coming work order in a timely manner. Obtain additional details and direction from clients as necessary.
• Manage daily client communication regarding project status, approvals, and scheduling.
• Provides administrative assistance to the advertising department on day-to-day activities, including responding to vendor phone calls and emails.
• Responsible for opening requisitions and working with Purchasing on the coordination of POs and deliveries.
• Participates in traffic and production meetings with the team to ensure all projects are on time.
• Provide clear, thorough written direction to appropriate teams (creative) per type of project including, but not limited to, the design team, copy writer and agency partners.
• Manages production supplies and places orders as needed.
