About The Position

The Marketing Finance Analyst works collaboratively with CCM’s internal teams, including marketing and accounting, and vendor partners to support accurate, detail‑driven financial and marketing processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or a closely related field.
2+ years of experience with financial data and accounting procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
Skilled in taking initiative, collaborating with teams, and managing multiple priorities under deadlines.
Skilled in critical thinking, innovative problem‑solving, and analytical reasoning.
Skilled in organizing complex information, maintaining excellent attention to detail, and working effectively with minimal supervision.
Skilled in building trust‑based relationships with internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors, and in facilitating collaborative problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the review and approval of marketing invoices in partnership with the vendor review and accounting teams.
Oversee financial approvals within the marketing department.
Provide visibility and insights on marketing invoice management, follow-up, and reporting.
Review and recommend opportunities to reduce duplicate marketing services.
Provide end-to-end visibility into the financial impacts of marketing payments to marketing campaigns and outreach.
Track marketing Accounts Payable purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
Assist the Sr. Marketing Finance Manager with the Invoice/Accrual process.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing spending reports as requested.
