To develop, implement and manage marketing strategies through direct interactions with partners and their employees, including establishment of campaign budgets, monitoring of performance metrics, and implementation of data-driven optimisations to improve ROI. In this role, you will serve as the primary Barclays representative in the field, driving engagement with flight attendants and airline partners across key partner networks. You will deliver in-person training sessions, educational programs, presentations, and ongoing support to ensure partner credit card programs, promotions, and incentives are effectively communicated and executed. You will build and maintain relationships with airline partners and external stakeholders while serving as a key point of contact for partner feedback, operational complexities, and field-level risks. In addition, you will support regional and national partner events, conferences, and training sessions, deploy marketing materials, and drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of Barclays card programs. The role also involves providing visit recaps, performance updates, and actionable insights while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment. Additionally, you will coordinate schedules, communications, expenses, and administrative requirements associated with frequent travel to airports, airline bases, and training centers. This is a fully remote opportunity.
