About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the VP of Marketing Strategy, we’re seeking a data‑driven, highly structured manager to own yield, pacing, and inventory optimization for all Las Vegas region casino marketing events—spanning marquee events, small concerts, and targeted property activations. This role will translate insights from our analytics and marketing teams into real‑time pacing decisions and inventory actions that maximize profitability. You’ll deliver daily support to the VP of Marketing and produce weekly and ad hoc executive updates that clearly communicate performance, risk, and actions in partnership with Casino Marketing leaders. This position is located in Las Vegas.

Requirements

  • Four years’ previous Marketing or Revenue Management experience within the Casino industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Revenue Management, Hospitality or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Must be able to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multi-tasking fast paced format.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup/index, nested logic, scenario modeling).
  • Computer literate with software systems to include Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Big Query, LMS, Google.
  • Must be able to analyze customer tracking, reinvestment, proforma, postforma and expense sheets.
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and problem solving skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to make sound decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize activities.
  • Must possess a friendly attitude and enjoy interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Must be flexible to work long hours when necessary.
  • Willingness to work hard to learn from top marketers.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance that is business appropriate.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing, Revenue Management, Analytics or Casino Marketing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of casino marketing, event inventory, or revenue management is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools and marketing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own event yield and inventory by allocating, holding, and releasing inventory for all Las Vegas marketing offers—including events, seats, and offers—to maximize profit and guest value.
  • Monitor and report offer and event pacing against targets across email and direct mail drops, adjusting strategies and criteria as data evolves and as directed by the VP of Marketing.
  • Produce weekly demand and attendance forecasts along with pacing reports, continuously improving forecast accuracy while providing actionable recommendations.
  • Consistently monitor demand using reports, dashboards, and competitor insights to ensure events and offers align with the reinvestment strategy set by the VP of Marketing and with Casino Marketing leadership goals.
  • Align offer pacing with email and direct mail calendars, tracking cadence against plan and adjusting for demand shifts as needed.
  • Lead weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly meetings with partners to ensure flawless execution and clarity on actionable items.
  • Track all actionable items and assigned tasks to ensure workflows progress on schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Standardize SOPs for pacing checks, inventory releases, and escalation paths to create consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner with analytics to automate dashboards and data pipelines, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors.
  • Research and implement new offer pacing processes and build automated reporting where possible to improve efficiency.
  • Keep leadership informed of conflicts, decisions, and risks while maintaining clear visualizations and commentary that enable fast decision-making.
  • Anticipate market demand shifts, pivot strategies quickly, and communicate changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders, partners, counterparts, and team members across the organization.
  • Share and absorb best practices across the Caesars portfolio of marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.
