TouchCare is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Events Manager. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will own the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and client engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role owns the strategy, development, and execution of TouchCare’s event program as a core marketing and growth channel. This role is responsible for bringing the TouchCare brand to life through high-impact virtual and in-person experiences that drive engagement, generate pipeline, and strengthen relationships with brokers, employers, partners, and members. This individual will build and execute both TouchCare-owned and partner-driven events from concept through completion—owning content direction, audience strategy, logistics, and performance. They will work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution, while maintaining full ownership of timelines, deliverables, and results.
