Who We Are Arpio is building the next generation of disaster recovery for the cloud. Modern enterprises face a growing list of threats to their cloud applications. With the increasing complexity of cloud-native environments, we know resilience to these threats is about more than just data. That’s why, at Arpio, we have built a best in class SaaS offering that makes it easier than ever to protect your entire AWS infrastructure from catastrophic downtime. Behind the scenes, we are a small but mighty team (YC21) who love to tackle hard problems and learn new things. We are fired up about working together to build an innovative new product and company from the ground up. About the Role As our Events Marketing Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of our events program, from the first spark of an idea to the final post-event report. That means leading early-stage planning: setting objectives, defining the audience, scoping budgets, and building timelines that keep every stakeholder aligned. You'll source and manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, AV teams, and travel partners, and run the show on the ground when it matters most. You'll work closely with your colleagues in Marketing and Sales to ensure every event generates pipeline, by driving brand awareness, refining lead capture processes, briefing Sales on priority targets, and handing off qualified contacts with the context they need to follow up fast.
