The Events Manager is an experienced member of the marketing team who is stepping into a more strategic, senior-facing role. Building on proven ability to execute events, this role increasingly focuses on shaping the firm’s overall event strategy and ensuring all programs drive business development, thought leadership, and brand visibility. This role oversees the full lifecycle of a diverse event portfolio—including webinars, executive-level programs, client experiences, firm-hosted conferences, and high-impact industry sponsorships and exhibits. This position balances hands-on event management with growing responsibility for event strategy, advising internal stakeholders, streamlining processes, performance tracking, and improving event outcomes. The Events Manager works closely with service line leaders, partners, and the marketing team to ensure each event aligns with firm goals, delivers a high-quality attendee experience, and offers actionable insights for continuous improvement. The Events Manager will contribute to refining event standards, identifying opportunities to enhance attendee experience and engagement, and bringing forward insights that improve future programming. Over time, this role will take on more influence over the planning, design, and evaluation of events, while serving as a key point of contact for vendors and external partners.
