About The Position

We are looking for a Sales & Event Lead to help us spread cake joy. This role requires someone who is energetic, sales-minded, and loves the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion. The ideal candidate will be a cake-selling superstar, representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event displays, managing event logistics, and bringing a high level of energy and a sales-driven approach to every interaction. This is a sales position focused on closing deals and up-selling.

Requirements

  • Sales-savvy with actual experience.
  • Experience crushing quotas, rocking retail, or working on a sales-bonus-structure.
  • Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
  • Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
  • Willingness to work weekends.
  • Ability to travel between Cherokee and Cobb counties when needed.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents.

Responsibilities

  • Representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups.
  • Setting up and breaking down event set-ups including tables, signage, and tents.
  • Monitoring event activities, managing cake inventory, and maintaining organization.
  • Engaging customers with high energy and a sales-driven approach.
  • Actively up-selling products to customers.
  • Standing, walking, and moving for extended periods during events.
  • Promoting and selling cakes.
