About The Position

We are looking for a Sales & Event Lead to help us spread cake joy. This role requires someone who is energetic, sales-minded, and loves the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion. The ideal candidate will be a cake-selling superstar, representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event displays, managing event logistics, and bringing a high level of energy and a sales-driven approach to every interaction. This is a sales position focused on closing deals and up-selling.

Requirements

Sales-savvy with actual experience.
Experience crushing quotas, rocking retail, or working on a sales-bonus-structure.
Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
Willingness to work weekends.
Ability to travel between Cherokee and Cobb counties when needed.
Reliable transportation.
Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents.

Experience in sales and events.

Responsibilities

Representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups.
Setting up and breaking down event set-ups including tables, signage, and tents.
Monitoring event activities, managing cake inventory, and maintaining organization.
Engaging customers with high energy and a sales-driven approach.
Actively up-selling products to customers.
Standing, walking, and moving for extended periods during events.
Promoting and selling cakes.
