About The Position

This is a part-time role with 20 hours per week. The company, Synera, builds AI agents for engineering work for companies like BMW, Airbus, and NASA. The US team is growing, and they are looking for an organized, curious, and hands-on individual to support their market expansion in North America. This role is ideal for an engineering student seeking practical B2B marketing experience at a company where AI is the core product. The intern will split their time between supporting US event execution and assisting with marketing campaigns, automation, and web content. They will work with a collaborative team across the US and Germany and use AI tools daily. This is a supporting role focused on execution and coordination, with opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility over time.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering-related Bachelor's or Master's program (or marketing, communications, business, event management).
  • Based in the greater Boston, MA area.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Available for at least 8 months.
  • Some hands-on experience (e.g., 4–6 months from an internship, part-time role, or substantial student project) in marketing, events, or coordination.
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to track details and follow through on tasks without constant reminders.
  • Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and curiosity about how AI can enhance marketing.
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely and staying motivated independently.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the event tracker.
  • Coordinate with vendors, chase quotes, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Prepare logistics and materials for US events, including occasional shipping and on-site setup.
  • Review speaker materials and registrations.
  • Collect post-event metrics.
  • Use AI to summarize feedback or draft supporting materials for events.
  • Research paid advertising opportunities to grow Synera's awareness in the US.
  • Co-manage logistics for ad placements.
  • Build AI agents to help publish web content like blog posts and press releases.
  • Support email automation and audience segmentation in HubSpot.
  • Use AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks across the marketing workflow.
