About The Position

ESQlabs is seeking a hands-on, well-organized Marketing & Events Assistant to manage the daily operational tasks essential for smooth marketing, events, and training activities. This role involves consistent execution in content production, event logistics, and workshop coordination, working closely with the Marketing & Training teams and supporting collaboration with scientific and administrative teams.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms (ideally Mailchimp), and WordPress.
  • Comfortable working with data and producing clear, consistent reports.
  • Good written communication in English.
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Video editing / video content creation skills.
  • Experience coordinating events, conferences, or trainings.
  • Familiarity with Zoom webinars, Google Analytics, MailChimp.

Responsibilities

  • Produce content using Canva templates, adapting existing designs and creating new assets. Video content creation is a plus.
  • Support content production for LinkedIn and email marketing.
  • Handle community management for LinkedIn pages (ESQlabs and MPSlabs), including monitoring, responding, and engaging.
  • Maintain the content calendar and ensure consistency with the monthly plan.
  • Generate regular performance reports for Mailchimp, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Analytics.
  • Support marketing campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Provide WordPress support for small website updates, news posting, and article publication.
  • Coordinate the events calendar, plan conference participation, and secure booths or workshop slots.
  • Coordinate conference participation end-to-end, including booth setup, flyers, and merchandise logistics.
  • Support the Administration Assistant with merchandise stock tracking.
  • Own workshop coordination from start to finish, including creating registration pages, gathering information, sending pre-workshop emails, and providing access to TalentLMS courses.
  • Collect workshop materials, ensure feedback collection and reporting, and send post-event follow-up emails.
  • Handle workshop logistics, including venue research, quoting, selection, and coordination with the venue on setup, catering, pricing, invoicing, and technical equipment.
  • Support webinars by setting up Zoom event pages and managing registrant acceptance.
