The SOMM Hotel & Spa is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to develop and own the annual activation calendar and on-property programming strategy. This role involves identifying opportunities to drive guest engagement, revenue growth, brand awareness, and community partnerships. The coordinator will build and maintain strategic relationships with local partners, vendors, and organizations, and lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing activations and guest experiences. Programs may include seasonal campaigns, holiday experiences, special events, partnerships, and signature offerings. The role requires identifying emerging trends, leading program planning meetings, managing budgets, and supporting digital content strategies and email marketing campaigns. Additionally, the coordinator will oversee the development of marketing collateral, support public relations and partnership initiatives, and prepare marketing performance reports. This is a key marketing partner role responsible for identifying opportunities, driving initiatives, and supporting the growth of the property’s brand and guest experience. Other duties as assigned.
