About The Position

We're hiring Entry-Level Marketing & Events Associates to support community events, promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and nonprofit initiatives. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, college students, career changers, first-time job seekers, and motivated individuals who want to gain real-world experience and develop valuable professional skills. No previous experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided. As an Entry-Level Marketing & Events Associate, you'll work with an experienced team to support community events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Represent organizations and campaigns at community and live events
• Welcome and engage with customers, community members, and event attendees
• Provide information about featured programs, services, and campaigns
• Assist with event setup, activities, and promotional materials
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Support event marketing, promotional campaigns, and community outreach
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Help create a positive and engaging experience at events
• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and professional development
• Work collaboratively with the team to support campaign goals
