About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time PCAs and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Galax, VA and surrounding communities. They offer free Personal Care Aide training for those not yet certified. The company's mission is to support aging adults in living life to the fullest and to support their Care Family in meaningful work. They emphasize that caregivers will not be alone, with nurses available for support, and offer ongoing paid training. Care Advantage has nearly 40 years of experience caring for families across the Mid-Atlantic.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (we're unable to provide sponsorship)
- Two professional references
- Reliable transportation
- A compassionate, dependable attitude
Responsibilities
- Help with daily routines like medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals during shifts
- Keep your client's space clean and comfortable
- Let the office know if anything changes with your client
