VTS is seeking a Marketing Engineer to build and manage AI systems and workflows that power their revenue engine and drive demand programs. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, engineering skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales. The Marketing Engineer will own the systems and touchpoints that guide buyers through the entire sales funnel, from initial awareness to closing and expansion. Responsibilities include architecting agent workflows, developing data pipelines, writing sequences, and creating personas. The ideal candidate is self-directed and can identify and build impactful programs without constant supervision. This is an individual contributor role with significant autonomy, involving daily hands-on work in building, shipping, testing, and iterating on AI-native systems for areas like outbound sequencing, content production, and competitive intelligence. The role reports to the VP of Marketing but collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams.
