Marketing Enablement Intern

Biz2Credit IncNew York, NY

About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Enablement Intern to join our team. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and external partnerships. You will play a crucial role in empowering our partners with the high-impact content and operational support they need to drive mutual growth and brand success.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree. While a focus in Marketing or Business is common, we value diverse academic backgrounds (e.g., Economics, Strategy, or International Business) coupled with a strong interest in the B2B partner ecosystem.
  • Experience (or a deep academic focus) in partnership management, marketplace strategy, or business development. We are looking for candidates who understand how to build "better together" value propositions between brands.
  • Proficiency with (or a rapid ability to master) partner-centric tools such as PartnerStack, Zoho, or Salesforce. You should understand how to use these systems to track lead flow and partner performance.
  • High degree of "visual literacy." You should be comfortable using Gamma, Canva, or PowerPoint to build high-impact enablement decks, playbooks, and one-pagers that help our partners sell more effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar BI tools to measure channel health and campaign ROI.
  • A passion for "shortening the path to revenue" by creating resources that empower external sales teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • A FinTech Enthusiast: You’re fascinated by the bridge between finance and technology.
  • A Clear Communicator: You can take a complex technical feature and explain it in a way that makes a salesperson—or a partner—get excited.
  • A Swiss Army Knife: You’re comfortable jumping between an end-user/SMB mindset (Biz2Credit) and an institutional partnership mindset (Biz2X).
  • Organized & Proactive: You don't wait for a checklist; you see a gap in a process and offer to fill it.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy high-impact enablement materials (pitch decks, playbooks, customer/partner stories, and one-pagers) using tools like Gamma, Canva, and PowerPoint to ensure partners effectively understand and can activate our shared value proposition.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a "Partner Resource Center" or Portal, ensuring all external stakeholders have the most up-to-date product information and brand guidelines.
  • Help develop onboarding sequences, training materials, and customer enablement that new partners can use to increase conversions and attachment within their customer base.
  • Research and propose strategies for better positioning within partner marketplaces and ecosystems.
  • Coordinate joint marketing activities (webinars, newsletters, or events) with key partners to drive lead generation.
  • Monitor competitor partner programs to identify gaps and opportunities for our own enablement roadmap.
  • Maintain data integrity within our CRM platforms, tracking partner-sourced leads and deal registrations.
  • Analyze channel metrics using Google Analytics and CRM data to report on the ROI of specific enablement initiatives and partner campaigns.
  • Act as a bridge between partners and our internal product team, gathering feedback on what tools or features would help partners sell more effectively.
