About The Position

Angi is building a team of AI-native thinkers to help every function at Angi work smarter, move faster, and unlock new capabilities. As an AI Adoption Intern, you will be instrumental in making AI adoption stick across the organization. Your role will involve identifying areas where AI can drive the most impact, assisting employees in building AI workflows, developing training and tools for adoption, and measuring the effectiveness of these initiatives. You will collaborate with employees across the business to integrate AI into daily operations. This internship offers real-world impact, mentorship from experienced practitioners, and the opportunity to produce tangible work. The ideal candidate is someone who actively uses AI to achieve innovative outcomes.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (as a rising junior/senior) or Master’s degree.
Demonstrated, hands-on fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar, with active use in daily life and work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, building simple dashboards, and drawing actionable conclusions.
Self-starter who takes initiative; comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning quickly on the job.
Curious and collaborative; eager to document learnings and share insights.

Responsibilities

Embed directly with business teams to understand where time is lost, AI can create leverage, and where teams face implementation challenges, then build solutions.
Build detailed workflow maps documenting steps, tools, inputs, and friction points.
Deploy AI agents by configuring, testing, and refining them alongside the AI team, and provide ongoing support to users.
Assist in maintaining a prioritized backlog of AI initiatives based on business impact and implementation effort.
Design and support AI training programs, workshops, and "office hours" to foster confident daily AI use.
Contribute to building onboarding materials to establish AI fluency as a baseline expectation.
Create playbooks, prompt guides, and workflow templates tailored to specific roles and departments.
Support pilot programs by capturing user feedback, results, and lessons learned.
Track adoption metrics including tool usage, training completion, user engagement, and productivity indicators.
Synthesize findings into clear summaries and contribute to reports and recommendations.
Identify adoption patterns, champion behaviors, and friction points, and share observations.
Support internal communication and advocacy efforts to make AI approachable and exciting.
Build connections with AI champions across departments to support adoption.
Stay current on generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise tooling, and translate relevant developments into practical guidance.
Reinforce responsible AI use, data privacy standards, and ethical guidelines.
