About The Position

This internship is for the Fall Term: September 8th - December 18th 2026. Interning at Super.com is an exciting chance to dive into the world of tech and startups, work on real projects, and learn a ton along the way. From day one, interns are fully part of the team - contributing to work that actually ships and gets used. It’s a fast-moving yet super supportive environment where you’re encouraged to ask questions, try new things, and grow through hands-on experience. Even though we’re remote, the culture is fun, collaborative, and well-connected - you’ll be included in team meetings, Slack chats, and social events, so you’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone. Super.com is looking for a motivated intern to join the Quality organization. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, data analysis, and AI innovation. You'll gain hands-on exposure to how a high-growth tech company monitors platform health, manages partner ecosystems, and leverages AI to improve operational outcomes — all while contributing real, day-to-day impact to the Travel vertical. Additionally, you'll drive one or more projects across the broader Quality organization that will improve AI tool usage, AI agent development, or AI-driven analysis workflows.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program combining technical coursework (computer science, information systems, data science, or similar) with business or management coursework.
  • Foundational understanding of API concepts (REST, JSON, HTTP request/response) — you don't need to be a programmer, but you should understand how systems communicate.
  • Ability to construct basic SQL queries to retrieve and filter data; comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.), and familiarity with Amplitude and Datadog.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with AI tools to perform analysis, interpret outputs, and build simple automation or workflow improvements.
  • Strong written communication skills — clear, concise, and structured.
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable navigating multiple Slack channels, dashboards, and tools simultaneously.
  • Curiosity for how systems behave in production — what the data means, why alerts fire, and what's causing anomalies.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage the TAM request channel for partner, supply, finance, and operations teams seeking TAM assistance.
  • Monitor and respond to high-priority travel alerts, applying playbooks and escalating as needed.
  • Track request status, categorize incoming support items, and ensure each item reaches resolution — coordinating with partners, engineering, and operations as appropriate.
  • Assist with documentation, playbook updates, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) summaries for Travel vertical incidents.
  • Help maintain and interpret Product Health dashboards in Amplitude and Snowflake; surface meaningful trends to the travel team.
  • Lead one or more projects that improve AI usage and outcomes across the Quality organization (TAMs and PSEs). For example, building or refining AI subagents for alert triage or investigation, developing reusable AI skills or workflows in the quality-ai GitLab repository, improving prompt quality for scheduled AI analysis tasks, documenting AI usage patterns for broader team adoption, or other projects where Super.com business needs align with your personal interests.
  • Collaborate with PSEs and TAMs across Travel, Fintech, Earnings, and Operations verticals to share learnings and drive adoption.
  • Master and utilize various AI tools and agents in support of the above activities.
