About The Position

Brandshopper LLC is an entrepreneurial retail e-commerce platform managing a family of unique, enthusiast-oriented web properties focused on outdoor sports and cigars. Our e-commerce destinations include CigarPage.com, FieldsSupply.com, and WingSupply.com. Brandshopper is seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Director to drive new customer acquisition, increase retention, and expand market opportunities. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing and business development strategies, leading multi-channel campaigns, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The Marketing Director will oversee digital marketing initiatives, leverage analytics and AI-driven marketing tools, optimize brand presence, and help develop and expand a print and catalog mailing strategy. A key responsibility of this role is driving new-to-file growth, analyzing results, and work with the merchandising team to ensure product assortments are optimized across channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce marketing as well as print prospecting, catalog production, data organization, and promotional planning. We are seeking a hands-on, analytical, and high-energy leader to join our fast-growing and entrepreneurial organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Marketing Leadership experience
  • Experience in Big Commerce preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital, social media, and paid media strategies
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
