Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including several years leading and building high-performing marketing teams.
  • A hands-on, player-coach leader who both sets strategy and executes directly (building campaigns, shaping messaging, and digging into the data), not just directing from the top.
  • Full-funnel breadth across brand, demand generation, content, product marketing, and marketing operations, with the ability to own the entire marketing function.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth and reporting marketing's contribution to executive leadership.
  • Deep demand generation expertise across paid, SEO, email and lifecycle, events, and account-based marketing.
  • Strong command of the martech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and core marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, and MQL-to-SQL conversion.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with sound judgment on where to invest and how to measure impact.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, and a strong cross-functional partner to sales, product, and leadership.
  • Experience marketing a platform along with individual products and services.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA a plus.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or fintech is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Set and own the annual marketing strategy across enterprise (B2B) and self-serve (B2B2C) go-to-market approaches, and own the full marketing P&L.
  • Define, track, and grow marketing’s pipeline contribution.
  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships and marketing channels that drive business growth and strengthen the customer experience and lead the marketing narrative behind them.
  • Own and manage the CREtelligent and RADIUS brand and category positioning across the business, including our presence at industry conferences.
  • Hire, coach, and manage a lean team of senior operators and external vendors across product marketing, demand generation, content and community, and marketing operations and analytics.
  • Act as the primary link between sales, product, and marketing, and represent marketing in executive leadership meetings and cross-functional planning.
  • Partner with sales leadership on pipeline reviews, MQL and SQL reconciliation, and account-based programs for enterprise accounts.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive extended health care coverage - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, medical transportation plan, critical illness insurance, pet insurance, legal insurance and more.
  • 401k and Roth Retirement Plans with employer contribution.
  • Competitive compensation package: $100,000 to $140,000 annually, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Flexible Time Off (no tracking and no accruals).
  • Fun Off-site adventures, unique traditions, monthly birthday celebrations, Lunch and Learns, and a relaxed office environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule.
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave (12 weeks paid leave + another 4 weeks of part-time paid transition time for primary caregiver; 6 weeks of paid leave for supporting caregiver).
  • Half day of paid volunteer time off for all full-time employees.
  • Healthy (and fun) snacks, drinks, coffee.
