As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the face of our community—building meaningful connections with hospitals, healthcare providers, families, and community partners while helping individuals find the care and support they need. Your role is to share our story, grow our census, and showcase the compassionate, high-quality care that makes The Parks at Garland feel like home.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, sales, or long-term care preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other community partners.
  • Visit referral sources regularly to educate them about the services and care available at The Parks at Garland.
  • Partner with the Admissions, Nursing, and Leadership teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents and their families.
  • Represent the facility at community events, networking opportunities, health fairs, and local organizations.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, social media content, and community outreach initiatives that highlight our culture and services.
  • Help develop creative strategies to increase occupancy and strengthen community awareness.
  • Monitor referral activity and marketing efforts while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Welcome visitors, prospective residents, and families with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and maintain knowledge of long-term care services, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for The Parks at Garland, reflecting our values of compassion, integrity, and excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
