About The Position

At Clear Lakes Dental, marketing is about building brands, launching new clinics, growing businesses, generating patient leads, supporting franchise development, and bringing big ideas to life. We're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Director to lead our in-house marketing efforts at our headquarters in Little Canada. Clear Lakes Dental is one of Minnesota's fastest growing dental organizations with multiple clinics throughout the Twin Cities and moving into multiple states. Our mission is simple: provide exceptional patient care while creating incredible opportunities for dentists, team members, and future practice owners. As we continue to grow, our marketing team plays a huge role in our success from helping clinics stay busy to recruiting amazing owner dentists and supporting new franchise owners. This isn't a position where you'll be doing the same thing every day. One day you may be launching a Google Ads campaign for a new clinic. The next you might be creating recruitment campaigns for dentists, analyzing website data, designing marketing materials, filming AI generated videos, building landing pages, or brainstorming the next big marketing initiative with leadership. If you love having ownership, creative freedom, and the opportunity to continuously learn new skills, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Monitor conversions, cost per lead, and campaign performance
  • Build and improve landing pages
  • Analyze website traffic and marketing analytics
  • Improve SEO across multiple websites
  • Maintain and update WordPress websites
  • Create new landing pages
  • Update clinic information, provider bios, and marketing content
  • Monitor website performance, forms, and user experience
  • Design flyers, advertisements, and promotional materials in Canva
  • Create recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Produce newsletters and email marketing campaigns
  • Develop educational marketing content
  • Create AI-generated videos using modern marketing tools
  • Build direct mail campaigns for dentist recruitment
  • Manage incoming dentist leads
  • Coordinate follow up campaigns through email, phone, and text
  • Maintain CRM pipelines and marketing automations
  • Track campaign performance
  • Review CallRail recordings and marketing data
  • Analyze Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and visitor behavior
  • Present monthly marketing reports and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI
  • Support new clinic openings
  • Assist franchise marketing initiatives
  • Create marketing assets for multiple departments
  • Help develop new marketing strategies as the company continues to grow
