The Wiltern is seeking an On-Site Marketing Crewmember. The Marketing Crewmember will be onsite for shows overseeing photography, assisting with updating concert vision, posters, escorting media, and capturing Night of Show content for our social media accounts along with any night of show needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)
  • Music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred
  • Creative, and proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area for the allotted time at each show
  • Create and post lively real-time coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories)
  • Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practices
  • Work with our house photographer to ensure quality content is being captured
  • Collaborate across departments including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight specific venue offerings
  • Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate
  • Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by the General Manager
