About The Position

Sonic Incytes is a medical device company focused on transforming liver disease diagnosis through non-invasive, AI-guided ultrasound technology. Our flagship platform, Velacur®, is designed to improve the detection and management of metabolic liver disease across clinical settings worldwide. As Sonic Incytes enters its next phase of commercial scale and international expansion, we are building a high-impact marketing function to accelerate adoption, strengthen clinical credibility, and establish category leadership in non-invasive liver assessment. The Marketing Director will lead the execution of Sonic Incytes’ global marketing strategy with a primary focus on downstream marketing, sales enablement, KOL development, and brand acceleration. This role is responsible for translating product capabilities into clear clinical and economic value, enabling the sales organization to perform at a high level, and building a strong market presence across hepatology, gastroenterology, GI and broader care settings. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused leadership role, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Clinical, Market Access, R&D, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare technology
  • Strong experience in downstream and product marketing
  • Proven success in sales enablement and KOL development
  • Proven success in designing and executing multi-channel strategies
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and reimbursement dynamics
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Dynamic, resilient and accountable
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine clinical, economic, and workflow value propositions across key segments
  • Develop standardized sales playbooks and messaging
  • Partner with field sales to optimize funnel conversion
  • Build commercial tools (pitch decks, ROI tools, case studies)
  • Align marketing strategy with field execution
  • Identify and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Develop clinical advocacy programs (reference sites, advisory boards)
  • Support clinical evidence generation
  • Organize workshops and peer engagement programs
  • Own product positioning and differentiation
  • Lead product launches across markets
  • Translate features into clinical and economic value
  • Maintain competitive intelligence
  • Partner with R&D on roadmap input
  • Build a cohesive global brand
  • Lead digital and multi-channel marketing
  • Own National and International congress strategy, related budget and branding
  • Develop a multi-channel marketing strategy (digital, physical)
  • Ensure message consistency across segments and call points
  • Define target segments, TAMs and market development strategies
  • Align marketing with revenue and expansion goals
  • Support pricing and positioning
  • Provide insights into new use cases
  • Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, R&D, Market Access and Executive teams
  • Drive alignment across commercial strategy and execution
