We are seeking a Director of Marketing to support the Specialized Care Pharmacy (SCP) business within the Strategic, Community and Specialized Pharmacy (SCS) organization. This strategic, individual contributor role will lead marketing strategy, planning, and execution across the Alternate Site, McKesson Plasma & Biologics (non acute), and Emerging Channels customer segments. This leader will define and implement the marketing vision for these segments, to drive growth by shaping customer understanding, enabling sales teams, and reinforcing the business value proposition across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves to drive and implement high-impact initiatives across a highly matrixed enterprise. The Director of Marketing partners closely with Segment Leaders, Sales, Product Management, and the broader SCS Marketing organization to deliver measurable business impact.
